hes ubers. so although he can pwn most regular pokes, throwing him against arcaeus's is a bit much.

Because he requires actual skill-based. No random crits or freezehack with him.

He's BL, m8. He's not even used enough to make OU.

Encore got nerfed from Gen 4 -> 5. Pokemon got way stronger than Wobb could tank. He's just not as useful as he used to be.
