It'll probably be the last gen to get non-Eevee evolutions since the new thing is to just give old pokemon a mega and call it good. I fucking hate that, by the way. Only 3rd stage pokemon should get a mega. Now we'll never get an actual Heracross or Mawile evolution.
Gliscor, Weavile, Togekiss, Electivire, Mamoswine, etc. I fucking loved those. Do something amazing for us Game Freak and introduce new natural evolutions with OR/AS. With the 3DS, introducing new pokemon in the middle of a generation shouldn't be a problem now since we can just download them and update our games.
