Strictly for Sidney, Phoebe, Glacia & Drake, do you think they'll have 5 Pokémon each like R/S/E or will they get docked one each and have 4 Pokémon like Gen 5/6?

Additionally, do you think their teams will be the same as like past remakes or receive some edits for the first run through? (of course they'll receive updated teams for any subsequent run through)

This time it's a toss up because Sidney & Drake received new teams in Emerald. My guess is that it depends if the regional dex gets an update or not.
