Time for speculation threads. Which pokemon deserve evos? Post suggestions including typing,ability, BST and moveset. Only Pokemon with a BST under 500 may be suggested. Also no wonder-guard crap.

I'll start with Linoone and Mightyena since they both have a BST of 420(blaze it) which is pretty damn low for a fully evolved mon.

Linoone Water/Normal, Pickup/Fur coat, +30Atk +15Spe +35 SpA, Gets Aqua jet, Dive and Crunch.

Mightyena Dark, No guard/Moxie, +30Atk +15 Def +10 SpD +15Spe
Gets submission.
