It's decent. Not great, but decent. While it lacks the fuckhuge STAB power of most other Megas, it packs a neat little assortment of moderately strong coverage moves thanks to Tough Claws. Unfortunately, its strongest Tough Claws-compatible STAB is Aerial Ace
and Fly if you're a scrub or something, and it really isn't going to enjoy the recoil from a theoretical Brave Bird or Head Smash. What it would really appreciate is the addition of Acrobatics, amended to ignore the user's Mega Stone like enemy Knock Offs do. And maybe Dragon Dance.
I liked to think about it as a Scarfer that can switch moves.
