I sort of want to change his type, except being a big stupid flying plant monster is his whole gimmick and I don't want to take that from him

Plus his movepool is small enough that his best two secondary type options to replace flying(dragon and ground) still leave him 4x weak to ice

I was thinking of giving it Drizzle, but I feel like it would be weird to lose its "flying" aspect. It still wouldn't be amazing or anything, but not everything needs to be OU, and it'd be pretty good as a Quiver Dancer.
Scald + QD + Ice Beak + Bug Buzz/Giga Drain could be a fairly strong moveset I think.

A mega evolution should be a slight change like an awakened form or something, not a full on thing that could be an evolution, especially when the Pokemon doesn't have three stages yet.
