This is pretty much what it says on the tin.
Create your own NPC Trainer Class- decide elements of their personality/appearance, their favored Type, where you'd find them, and whatever else you feel like putting into it.

1. The Class has to be at least somewhat appropriate for a standard Pokemon game.
2. The Class can't just be a 'recolor' of a pre-existing Trainer type.
