I JUST RELEASED A SHINY THAT I JUST HATCHED AND FORGOT TO SAVE WHEN I GOT IT!! FUCK!!!

I got so used to hatching pokemon and releasing them that it was like muscle memory. Oh man, did I just lose my shit.

I'm such a fool for not saving when I got those eggs.

If it makes you feel better, here's my shiny. :) I accidentally let an egg go that might've been shiny by accident but I'm glad I did. Even if it took an extra 300 or so eggs to get this beauty.

Masuda Method is just RNG with better odds. Each egg has an equal chance to be shiny. I got a shiny Beldum with shit stats when I was breeding for a six IV one within 45 eggs and the next one 16 eggs later.
