The pose looks rigid and stiff, and the whole sprite is a eyesore. Comparing it to the other sprites it sticks out like a sore thumb.

All though really, for such a well designed Pokemon, Arcanine's sprites usually tend to kind of suck. It's best is probably the R/S/E sprite.

I didn't like Nosepass in the third generation because this sprite was weird. In the fourth generation Nosepass had a sprite that it was much better than the other sprite. Nosepass is currently one of my favorite Pokémon.

It's not my favorite pokemon, but fuck Hoothoot's gen 3 sprites. I keep thinking it's a shiny, because it's a different color.

Meowth's sprites have gotten progressively worse with time. RB was perfect. Gen 2 was pretty fuckin' cute. Gen 3 was getting kinda boring. Gen 4 and 5 just look retarded

I just assume that some Pokémon are affected by the different regions and that's why they are colored differently. Like Arbok's chest patterns.
