That's something that always annoyed me.
Every type should have a special move that's:
-90 BP
-100 Acc
-15 PP
-10% chance to X
Just like every type should have a move that's
-80/85 BP (either all or 80 or all are 85)
-100 Acc
-20 PP
-10% chance to X
And every pokemon should get these physical/special moves of their their types.
This would fix a lot of pokemon, and give easy movepool deepening options.
