That said, Dragon Quest X is the newest main entry in the series, debuted on the Wii, and was ported to the Wii U and PC. And while it is an MMO, it can still be played offline... though I don't know how limited that setting is, since it hasn't been localized and I lack the financial means to import a Japanese console and game in addition to being unable to read Moon.
Or, to put it in simpler terms, fuck Square Enix.
