I'm IV breeding a fucking Chansey with natural cure and they all hatch with Serene Grace.
Mother has Serene Grace, with everstone, ditto has destiny knot.
Am I doing something wrong or just having bad luck?
is there a way to force a specific ability?

Get a mother with Natural Cure. Had the same problem breeding a Flash Fire houndour, they all had early bird until I realized the mother had early bird.

There is a difference in your heart. Some people like to work for things.

Me, personally, I don't mind genning pokemon. Especially shinies, because I love shiny umbreon, etc. But don't mix them up with your legit mons.

Just a tip:

If the mother (or father with ditto) has a normal ability, it will be 80% to pass it down.

If the mother (or father with ditto) has a hidden ability, it will be 50% to pass it down.
