What's a good rating for Pokemon Showdown? I started an account today and I've been playing Randoms for a few hours, only lost one match. Lots of fags forfeiting.

Also, what's the difference between ELO and Glicko and shit? I tried reading up on it through Smogon and PS but I don't get it.
