Pre-Mega Intimidate + post-Mega Fur Coat gives it the equivalent of ~88/255 Physical bulk with full HP investment and nothing else. Even without Intimidate, you're looking at 70/180/100 balk, assuming a spread of 252 HP/0 Def/0 Sp. Def and a neutral nature. Going for 252/252+ on Defense puts you on par with a fully invested base 210.
You wouldn't have any recovery outside of Rest, but Mightyena could still toss out a decently powerful Sucker Punch. SD, Agility, and Slack Off are all on its wish list.
