To many details on Poison's ear, again it's too much attention on one thing
The rest I could see happening (maybe Rock would have fewer details, and Poison's gas cloud would be more similar to Gastly's or maybe Cofagrigus' aura)
I've seen this image before and those bits have always bothered me
