Charizard can't sweep with the button. It'd have to get a Dragon Dance in, and by that time, Choice Scarf Saladmints is already kicking ass and taking names. And it only gets stronger with every kill.

It's the only niche over ZardX. Moxie is nice but being open to burns is what makes it a less effective sweeper than ZardX. And Flying is just a liability for it.
