Troll and Toad is usually the gold standard when it comes to card prices.

Probably somewhere from 14-17 or something, I don't know. Call of Legends shinies are very hard to pull, but weren't good at all when they came out so they never really fetched a high price. I'd expect it to get a little higher over time, but nothing drastic like Crystal Pokemon have.
