The Toxic genie goes back in the bottle, and is only available to Poison-types. The TM is replaced with a generic "90% acc poison status" attack, but even that gets less distribution than literally every single Pokemon. Remove it from every wall with extreme prejudice.

Steel-type Swift and an actual, honest-to-god Special Rock-type move that's not Ancient Power. I want this shit everywhere, especially Power Gem, because I want a Special-attacking Rock in my lifetime (fuck you, Gigalith).
