In any case, Hinagiku and to some extent Nagi from Hayate no Gotoku come to mind.
Also Sumika in MuvLuv depending on your preference (She's a violent tsundere, with the catch that MC is violent against her too).
And Mikoto from Railgun if tomboys are more your thing.
Though I still rank Kurisu as a better written character than all of them.
