VP I need your help.. Pic related.

I want to make a team of 6 pikachus for online shenanigans

questions:
1) If i play online, is there a species or item clause? (aka can i use 2 light balls?)
2) How can I find if a certain combination of moves are even legal?
3) I'm planning on asking the pokegen thread for help making these... do any of these pokemon have any weird stuff to them? For example, knock off only comes from b2/w2 and earlier tutors.

I'd like some help creating the rest of the pikachus and fixing the current ones. All criticism/ help is welcome.
