Anyone playing one of these? The Pokemon variety is great, the leader battles are challenging and the level curve actually feels natural, unlike vanilla.

Current team is Spoink, Ivysaur, Gabite, Glaceon, Quilava and Lanturn, all Lv. 29 after taking care of the obligatory post-Surf backtracking. Just about to head across the sea to Cianwood.

Feel free to discuss other ROM hacks as well!

I've played this as well as Volt White/Volt White 2 by the same guy. I like his hacks and how the Pokemon are more balanced.

you know what the problem with these hacks are? when i'm playing a pokemon game i always like to know that if i wanted i could transfer all my pokes to a new game. but with hacks, they've gotta stay put most of the time

That's the price you pay for better selection of wild Pokemon, because to be able to transfer none of the wild Pokemon levels/types could be changed

they're pretty good. i recommend playing the game.

i'm currently in the process of making an emerald ROM hack. it might drive people away but i put fairy, phys/spec. split, and added some Gen IV and V bros but replaced some other pokemon for them... i'm not done actually but now that ORAS were announced... i doubt people would try the game.
