How will the compatibility be for ORAS?

I'd like to hear about:

-Will pokemon be directly tradable from/to X and Y (instead of shitty spookybank)

Of course they will be able to trade to XY, they are the same gen. Might only be able to do it post game though like FRLG

Calling it now: to trade between the two games you need the ruby and sapphire (a la FRLG) which you get by wifi, but it requires the update that adds the models for the new megas to XY
