One time through Pokemon Gold I had a team that was nothing but Eevee evolutions, I don't know why really, I just kind of liked them.

I randomly started watching someone doing an Ironman run of sorts through Pokemon leaf green the other day and got the idea in my head to do the same thing again (and I found out that they've added three more types) but I haven't played a Pokemon game since crystal, have there been any recent pokemon games where I could do the same thing?
