I know I'm pretty shitty but I had just managed to break even my wins and losses and was on a winning streak again. Then for some reason after the reset I lose like 8 times in a row and plunge down to 1390.

This happens to me too Kaiji.

I make all the right plays one moment, and then I pick up the 3DS again a few hours later and play like utter shit.

I put it down to timezones. All the good players play at a certain time.

Pranksters are where it's at, man. Taunt them, burn/poison them and so on. PrankSwag Klefki and Thundurus, or a mix of both of them with Klefki running screens. Espeon alone fucks over plenty of stallmons. It isn't that hard to pick apart a stall team, its just that so many teams I see are focused around offense only and you see 5/6 susceptible to toxic and all other forms of stallrape.

What's a good way to run Whimsicott? It seems like a good stallbreaker but it kind of suffers from 4 moves syndrome. Taunt and Encore are the musts, then you have Toxic, Leech Seed, Substitute, Protect, Moonblast, Cotton Guard, Stun Spore, Tailwind and Energy Ball to work with.

Pretty much what you said. Taunt/Encore as staples, fill other two slots according to your need/preference. Tailwind is a good idea, SubSeed is always a good and safe option because your Taunt will outspeed pretty much any other taunter
