Very rarely would you want a pokemon with 0 in anything unless you're running a gimmicky team, in which case you deserve to be laughed at.
Either way, 6 IVs will take about 20-30 mins tops, if you have half a brain.
And I don't know why HAs have to be involved when you were complaining specifically about IVs
