A trench coat is a specific type / style of coat. A peacoat would be much better, seeing as it's not as- long, and actually somewhat comfy.

That's a non-issue, really, as it's just a game. There's no reason to put context into every clothing that a player is wearing, because you can wear anything anywhere with no consequence, i.e snow jackets with a fedora and boots and tight pants during the summer
