So I wanna make a defensive Empoleon and wondering how to go about it. I figured I'd make him Bold and give him 4 attacking moves, but since he has no recovery I'm kind of stumped as to what Item I should use. Weakness Policy is a no go, obviously, so any ideas on what should I go for, or how to tweak his set for maximum effectivness?
