Well that and Flareon has absolutely abysmal HP to take the recoil, and the fact that it's slow and will probably take a hit before blitzing, making it a bad Kamikaze at best, or a below average revenge killer.

The mega would probably be +50 Atk and +50 Speed.

Recoil damage increases as the move's damage increases, meaning the recoil the enemy takes would be higher too.

180 attack??? That's too much i think. I'm not sure even Skarmory would be able to live a Double Edge coming from that stat(factoring in the recoil damage). Maybe give it some bulk.
