I know that feel.
It took me a lot of tries to get mine, but I finally got it.
All you have to do is to add friends until one of them has a Multi-Battle team with an Entei or a Typhlosion as a lead. They're choice scarfed and will use Eruption most of the time. Just bring a Mega-Charizard Y and it will be a breeze.
