I have to wonder why on earth was Venomoth banned from UU? I agree with a ban from NU, and suspect testing in RU, but UU? Are you fucking kidding me? It's main gimmick got nerfed hard this gen, and don't give me any of this "but better mons in uu crap", there were plenty of good baton pass candidates in BW UU. I honestly think Smogon got tired of /vp/ accusing it of being retarded ban happy monkeys so they just decided to play the part.

Why doesn't Smogon let things with legitimate counters just naturally change the meta and then tier based on usage alone or just tier based on average base stats or something?
