There's probably a code to get more copies instead of a single unlimited one. You can also try the clone pokemon glitch while it's holding an item ; I remember it worked in Gold but I'm not sure about Crystal.

I don't think there is one. This is a pretty good substitute though: http://www.neoseeker.com/Games/Products/GBC/pokemon_crystal/gameshark_codes.html

Ctrl + F "TM/HM Pocket:" and you'll get a code that'll get you 99 copies of whatever TM you want.
