Mega Greninja w/adaptability that retains whatever type it was when it mega evolved. Doesn't go back to being a water type unless the last move used was water type

I'd also maybe give the Kalos pseudo a Mega Evolution. I'm thinking Water Absorb/Storm Drain and a secondary Water typing and some new moves (Surf, Giga Drain, Drain Punch, Recover).

I think it's more a reference to Yamata No Orochi

and even then, it should have 9 heads. Hydreigon has three actual heads and its wings make up another 6 fake heads

I think Mega Goodra would be great. Turn IT into a Poison/Dragon or Water/Dragon type like it should have been from the get-go. Increase defense by 50, Sp.att by 20, speed by 30.
Give it spikes EVERYWHERE AND CANNONS WOOH.
Or maybe just Better horns and a less awkward tail. An ACTUAL shell would fit it's line better.

Mega Florges, with an ability that doubles special defense for all grass mons on your side of the field in doubles or triples (also affects itself)
Mega Aegislash, defensive stats plummet but can't be attacked directly. (After the Aegis Shield)
