Heliolisk is so paper that almost all unresisted attacks from unboosted sweepers OHKO it and definitely 2HKO it
Also I used to run Specs Solar Power Heliolisk and it did fuckhuge damage when it outsped but 109(108?) just isn't enough to hit the faster mon it's actually capable of OHKO'ing.
Water immunity is nice for switching in because Heliolisk can't switch into much else besides Ghost moves. I find it just really needs a Scarf to actually kill anything though. Solar Power then can compensate for the lack of specs and also with the scarf boost you can afford to lay back on speed investment and put more into SpA investment (Modest nature over Timid).
