The only other thing in the typing that can oneshot it is Stunfisk, and that's only a 50% chance unless you run orb or specs.
And in either case, Charizard can just play smart with his mega, in which case you're forced to guess between using an electric move, or a dragon or ground move, respectively since all he needs is one DD to wipe the floor with everything.
