lucky chant is usefull if you are running baton pass. so many def ups have fallen to crits (or you can use crit nullifing abilities)
anyway, have you thought about rather than having a pokemon for each situation, working on team synergy? bottun pass and weather are the most common example, but im sure you can come up with others
