SMOGON BANNED SWAGGER?

I usually support smogon's bans because they are usually sensible, this shit is just getting ridiculous. What is the justification, because swagger is luck-based? What a farce, let's ban the whole fucking game then. It's a chance-based children's game, and you ban a chance element. Why? I just don't see it. Smogon no longer has my support like they used to, they're getting fucking ridiculous.
