Post your OR/AS teams.
Porygon-Z
Ability: Adaptability
- Flash (TM/HM)
- Tri Attack (Lv50)
- Thunderbolt (TM) / Discharge (TM/Lv40)
- Shadow Ball (TM)
The Porygon line is my favorite and I'm sick of not getting access to Porygon-Z until after the E4.
Swampert
Ability: Torrent
- Waterfall (HM)
- Strength (HM)
- Rock Slide (TM)
- Earthquake (Lv46/Lv52/TM)
Using one of the Hoenn starters because it feels like the right thing to do and they're incredibly likely Mega candidates.
Ludicolo
Ability: Swift Swim
- Surf (HM)
- Dive (HM)
- Giga Drain (Egg)
- Ice Beam (TM)
Running a Special Water-type lets me avoid putting 3 HMs on the same Pokémon.
Breloom
Ability: Technician
- Rock Smash (TM/HM as Breloom)
- Bullet Seed (Egg)
- Spore (Egg/Lv45 as Shroomish)
- False Swipe (TM)
Technician Breloom is the ideal Rock Smash user, and also brings Spore and False Swipe for capturing wild Pokémon.
Scizor
Ability: Technician
- Cut (HM)
- Bullet Punch (Relearner as Scizor)
- U-turn (TM)
- Pursuit (Lv9)
Scizor is there for its resistances, Technician Cut, and it's one of my favorites that I've never used in-game.
Togekiss
Ability: Serene Grace
- Fly (HM)
- Dazzling Gleam (TM)
- Air Slash (Relearner as Togekiss)
- Flamethrower (TM)
The last slot was set aside for a Flier, and Togekiss has spectacular defensive typing in addition to useful moves.
This team hits every Pokémon SE except for Eelektross and Weezing. It has resistances to everything but Flying, and gets all 8 HMs.
