Since Togekiss is all about flinching, would Togetic be able to do it in GSC metagame? I mean, one would probably make the connection, so apologies for my stupidity in thinking so.

Assuming it has the same moves (haven't played GSC in ages, forgot what moves are available to it) it wouldn't have Serene Grace, which is why it's flinchspamming is so potent. It would be about as good as any other flincher at flinchspamming

GSC Togetic can't flinchhax because it lacks abilities. It has access to encore, and in Curselax: The Meta that's pretty nice.

IF you're playing some meta that uses mechanics from XY then you could use a headbutt/thunderwave eviolite set for paraflinching. You're still missing air slash but headbutt provides the same amount of flinches for a lot less damage.

Don't you just copy it to where the emulator expects it to be? It usually has to have the same filename as the rom, with a different extension
