The correct gender, and the gender standard for pic is male. Whatever you do, don't use a female one. Please.. It's just wrong. Pic should be male-only. All the females and their owners (lolwut? do they even have owners?) need to be exterminated in the most painful manner. Pic should always correctly be assumed as a male with such pronouns as "he" and "him".
