Definitely using Blaziken, Gardevoir, and Mightyena, and Aggron, who were the staples of my team the first time around.

Might use Sharpedo and Manectric though.

Blaziken, Aggron, Flygon, Manectric, Swellow, and Sharpedo.

I don't know why, but the last two gens have felt like my team was never that rounded out. Like it was always missing a fire or electric type.

Yep, I ran one in Black 2 that I hatched with crunch, howl, fire fang and poison fang. Works a bit like a less bulky Arcanine

As for my team, Sceptile, Mightyena, Flygon, Aggron, Sharpedo and something else like a Ninetales maybe, just reusing my old emerald team

I have no idea who to get for a sixth. I'm trying to play with my favorites, while still maintaining some diversity. I'm having some difficulty finding a pokemon of a different type that is a special attacker.

I've already played Sapphire for so many hours and replayed Emerald over 8 times, so I kind of want to start fresh with newer mons. Might use

Gastrodon
Chesnaught
Galvantula/Scoliopede
and fill up the remainin two slots with my two overleveled Poochyenas. Or, I could be boring as usual and use 6 Zigzagoon.

I'm not terribly partial either. However, I was feeling like a piece of shit since I usually claim 2nd gen was my favorite game, yet my team of "favorites" was lacking any from it.

It's not that I don't like gen 2 Pokemon, I just really fucking like the ones from G1 and G3. It also doesn't help that I like physical attackers way too much.
