After seeing his physical attacks fail do damage furfrou, he should have been throwing all his physical priority at your scrafty and not your furfrou.
On turn 4, his physical attack from lucario does nothing to you. In my book, that's signal to focus the scrafty, especially since you're a moxie set, which means you're not invested bulk and a fairly easy kill by extension.
