It's an age thing. Some people are simply not old enough to have experienced some of the Pokemon at peak popularity and when they were first released to have said Pokemon burned in their heads.

dunsparce has its niche - para flinch, access to the best boosting move(coil), best para move(glare), best heal move(roost).

if dunsparce actually got an evo it will be too scary and got in UU or even OU without sweat.
