Eureka's Flying/Steel typing was okay last gen, but her stats weren't too impressive.

Getting a Fairy/Bug mega was actually pretty useful. So was the stat boost. Glad she got one.

Skarmory is the only extant Pokemon that is both a Flying-type and a Steel-type, and it has 65/80/70 stats in the categories you named. And the Attack bit doesn't matter if the Special Attack was at least decent before.
Flying + Steel is an amazing combination, anon. Skarmory has been top-tier for over a decade despite only having exactly one good stat. And it didn't even have recovery for the first two generations of its existence.

The 3DS remake of DQM: Terry's Wonderland came out almost two years ago, and has yet to leave Japan.
And even if they were planning to localize DQM 2 3DS, they'd probably take at least a year to do it like they've done for nearly every other DQ export.

Sagittar's already pretty fast without taking that priority on Steel STABs into account, though. Running enough Speed on Fawful to creep it with WoW is going to seriously cut into your ability to take hits.

Overall, I've found that Snowspeeder is really the only reliable way to take Sagittar down without a hassle.

I know, but Quicksilver is like Prankster for Steel-type moves. Fawful still needs to have a higher Speed than Sagittar to Burn it before it uses Gear Grind.
Thank goodness the Event one with Shift Gear had Stall on top of that awful nature and those appalling IVs.

Yeah, pretty much. It's part of that Machine egg group, except there's no way to make a Sagittar factory, so you can't breed it, which means that you need to catch it. The problem with that is there's only one Sagittar in the game, and it comes in the middle of a rather long cutscene with no chance to save before being forced into battle, and no easy way to check its stats and ability for a while afterwards. Its regular abilities, Stall and Sturdy, are both pretty awful compared to Quicksilver, which only crops up 10% of the time.
I still got a 4IV Quicksilver one with a Naughty nature on my first try, which was pretty fucking sweet. I almost chucked my 64DS out the window, I was so hyped.

I'd run Slack Off too instead of the Rest/Snore set. More slots is what he really needs to get that edge in the OU.

He's got a great diverse movepool, it's like he's done nearly everything under the sun already, including sunny day (but why the fuck would you run sunny day on him)

Just see what coverage you need on your team already and fill a couple moves in those two open slots that'll help.
