Ho-oh is bulky as fuck. With 106 / 90 / 154 defenses, access to Recover / Roost for instant recovery, and Regenerator as its ability, it's incredibly hard to get rid of this mofo without Stone Edge. Le sneaky pebbles are not much of a problem anymore now that Defog got boosted, so Ho-oh is better than ever. It has massive 130 Attack and a 100 BP 95% accurate STAB move with a 50% chance of burn, which is guaranteed to leave a mark on anything not called Heatran. In addition to Sacred Fire, Ho-oh has insanely good movepool with powerful and reliable coverage moves (Earthquake, STAB Brave Bird) and moves that allow it to boost its mediocre Speed (Tailwind, Flame Charge). Ho-oh hardly has any counter even in Ubers, since most of its "counters", such as Arceus-Rock or Zekrom, are hopelessly 2HKO'd by Earthquake.
