Deep within the furthest, darkest, spookiest, most nether reaches of the Underworld, the eternal ruler of the Pokemon universe's equivalent of Hell, Satan, is overlooking the vast amounts of deceased villainy that have descended from the infernal surface world with nothing short of bleak grimaces coating his unimpressed face.
The dark ruler of all that is naughty and vile is confused as to why so many of his spittle-spewing soulless denizens are falling, and has no idea why the sudden drop is happening. Repulsive, detrimental creatures with the most blackest of hearts, literally unstoppable masses of shadowy evil to the average simpleton of a man..
And yet, they're all dropping like flies, a drop of rates that's been going on for about seven months now. It boggles and toggles and quite frankly joggles the mind of the king of festering, blistering evil.
A Pokemon so malevolent, so despicable, a repugnant fiend with an ego so swelled that his originality-lacking name goes as far as to include a term of royalty, all to remind everyone worshiping the smoldering ground he floats over who the boss is.
