Mismagius can run Nasty Plot killer, or Perish Song trapper, etc.
Dusknoir is more of a sub burn pain splitter, but is overshadowed by its NFE with the Eviolite

Jellicent got shat on by the Ghost/Dark/Knock Off Buff and can't do shit to some of the newer threats like Aegislash or Mega Venusaur/Tyranitar and what have you.

Milotic's best set is the unreliable ReSTalk set. if you're going to use a ReSTalk Water-type then there isn't a good reason not to use the much better CroCune set.

T punch because people really like switching in their Vaporeons on me, although I might take it off because IIRC STAB stone edge does more even neutrally effective than a supereffective Thunder Punch. I just have Crunch on Garchomp for some extra coverage.

EQ will hit them nearly as hard, and fire is also a really good offensive type for scizor and ferro and flying/levitate/air balloon steels who resist all your other moves, as well as omnipresent scizor and ferrothorn

the point I'm trying to make is that if it's just a standard (mega)chomp set, you might want fire blast. remember that his stats get made into something resembling black kyurem's, and that means a +40 SpA boost, the same as his +40 Atk boost

Dusknoir is a bulky Trick Roomer if you're into that with Doubles. It walls most incoming attacks, and can burn highly dangerous physical sweepers. It's main job is to cripple sweepers.

Mismagius for Doubles is a little frail for it, but it's main use is perish song trapper with like, Mean Look. If you want to get interesting with both of them, Dusknoir could be Infestation user while Mismagius Perish Songs, so they get trapped and have to die.

If you're going to use Zapdos to check, then make it a bulkier Zapdos with some defense on it or special defense. Toxic and Roar can make it a shuffler similar to Articuno's set while also being extremely powerful

The Spatk works, not going to lie, but it depends on what your team is trying to avoid. If you got a spinner, I understand emergency Defog, but I'd rather put something like Toxic.

Heat Wave saves everyone, depends on what you're being saved from. I'd say run some calcs on threats that are weak to Heat Wave to see how much power you actually need.

I can dig it. Overall, you are only using Heat Wave on stuff that would be OHKO'd by a feather anyway. Toxic or T-Wave would be good to take out for Thunderbolt. For now I'm keeping Heat Wave.

Lando is lead, sets Sneaky Pebbles and U-Turns out for muh mentum. He's not just a suicide lead though, since I want him to come in often and get a lot of intimidates off. Rocks are good for a team that forces so many switches through intimidate and volt-turn.

Rotom is one of the two special attackers, and thus gets a mostly offensive set. Trickscarf is trickscarf, which means he can cripple walls as well as fast physical attackers with burns, and spam his STABs.

Excadrill spins, since rocks are very bad for a volt-turn team. He also blows through Rotom-Ws who Smogonbird otherwise hates, although he's not equipped to handle scarf or max speed variants himself.

Narutoad is the other special attacker, as the team otherwise has problems with Gliscor and Skarmory and such. Extrasensory is for Venusaur, who is otherwise only even threatened by Smogonbird, more or less.

Smogonbird is just a win button, no thought required. Click Brave Bird and things die. If a boosted Tyranitar is in my face or something, I can sacrifice it to set up tailwind, which the ground and steel types appreciate.

Mega Scizor takes advantage of his mega bulk and steel/bug type to roost and handily tank some things, and provides knock off support and more u-turn. Bullet punch is obvious technician priority.

While Scizor doesn't mind paralysis as much and is immune to toxic, he can't deal with sleep and burn (especially scald) neither can the team, although smogonbird can absorb will-o-wisp. For this reason I'd sort of like a rest-talker, but rotom-w is the only one that seems viable.

a few things: Don't use Excadrill without a Tyranitar. It's just outclassed by a ton of other spinners/Defoggers.

Your Lando looks good I guess.

I personally prefer Chesto-Resto on Rotom-W, but you're doing the Scarf set almost right. I would do Modest over Timid since you're outspeeding everything anyway.

Greninja looks good

I really am not a fan of Bandflame. I typically use a Swords Dance set to give you some room to outplay Aegislashes.

Your Scizor looks good. I prefer Pursuit instead of Knock Off, but that's just me.

Alright don't get me wrong, because Excadrill is one of my favorite Pokemon. I recognize that under the sand, it can be such a terrifying force to deal with. But I really don't support it being used outside of sand teams, or at least alongside Tyranitar. Yeah it's still pretty fast with Adamant 252 Speed, that makes it really fucking squishy, and it's weak to a lot of stuff. Overall, really bulky spinners and defoggers are just better. Like Zapdos, Mandibuzz, Scarmory, Forretress (I don't really think Forretress is that great) Donphan or Tentacruel (Who can bulk the world) Mega Scizor (Who can Defog while being super bulky and still putting out crazy damage)

I guess it's OK though because it has a lot of type resistances that his team needs, and some good offensive power (even without Sand support)

That set is good as long as your team doesn't really need pebbles cleared. Air balloon aegislash will spinblock it forever, and you will frequently find yourself in situations were you can't spin without losing all momentum.

I hate balloon heatran, especially if you're not running a hazards on it. Give it Leftovers, and I honestly hate Flash Cannon. I prefer HP Rock for Volcarona and Smogonbird, but Roar got it down.

I used to have Braves in place of Durant, but he's just too easy to wall without that +2 and too slow without scarf. Most Defoggers in RU are jokes offensively so Shuckle can just come in, grab the evasion boost because contrary and set up hazards again.

His team is a lot more vulnerable to hazards, status and chip damage than a stall team, and the only thing he has that could really knock down a wall is talonflame, and it will kill itself in the process. It just looks like a team full of threats stall teams are very good at, and very well prepared for, dealing with.

It's pretty much outclassed by Ambipom. Not a single thing it does that isn't done better. It has 5 more SpA for NP, but that doesn't mean anything, and ambipom is bulkier anyway to setup.
