A regular fire chicken with a Zoom Lens will (almost) never miss a High Jump Kick. Now, imagine this thing has that move, and can use it every turn. You bring out a ghost type, and it uses a fire move. You bring out Chandelure, and it, get this

It uses baton pass, because YES, IT FUCKING HAS THAT. It passes to another Pokemon, and now, at this point, this other Pokemon has x3 speed, at least.
So, let's review.
1. It fucking keeps getting faster
2. It has a move that is super powerful, gets Stab, and is really accurate if you use a specific hold item.
3. It has STAB coverage against a third of all Pokemon.
4. In the rare case it needs to run, it has Baton pass, which, combined with its crazy bullshit speed, WILL go first. So, you won't touch it. AND its speed will go to the next Pokemon.
In summary, get fucked OP, the thing is broken.
