How 'bout we just do Multi Battles for this thing?

Reply to this post to get yourself entered, I'll jumble up names to form teams, whichever dynamic duo wins against the others will duke it out 3v3 and the winner takes the shone.

Basic rules
>no Ubers (this includes any Megas that are Ubers right now, like M-Blaziken, M-Lucario, M-Gengar etc.)
>flat battle rules (all Pokémon set to lvl 50)
>duplicate items permitted
>AT LEAST 1 shiny has to be on your team
>Kalos Born shinies only, none 'o dem dodgy shones from any other game allowed

Just WT'd an entire box of Pawniards. The only doubles I got was Machop. I also didn't get any Froakies. However, none of the mons I got were bred. All of them were random levels from random routes.

All it does is cut out the step of getting a second 6IV parent, the actual process and outcome is the same. Most people get the second parent traded to them anyway, so what does it matter if that parent was a Ditto?

Anyway, about to start training up some of my shones in Connecting Cave. My first shiny was a Golbat (which I stupidly traded for a shiny event mon a month before it was released in the US) so I'm hoping I can finally replace it.
