Girls notice that sort of shit. The more that people try to hide who they really are, generally speaking the more they end up showing them. People like him who are naturally poor at socializing and feel entitled to shit positively exude creepiness and hostility, and unsurprisingly it drives girls (and others, he seemed to hate men as much as women because he was jealous of them) away.
I just wish that he'd sought help for his issues rather than turning to something as toxic as the MRA movement, because half of that is people who enable and encourage growing disdain and hatred for others rather than self-reflection and just genuinely trying to be a decent person.
