Why don't you give them all the same base stats as Zapdos? Those 5 point differences don't really make them unique.

Cuz then you'd just give the beasts the same stats as Raikou or something. Or the Regis the same stats as Registeel.
I like these small diferences.

The beasts and Regis have HUGE differences though. Better check their stats again and compare them to the 'fixed' bird stats.
